I was really sorry that I wasn't able to make it to the meeting. It looks like it was very informative. Next Thursday I will also not be able to attend and it looks like another great topic...food and eating whatever you desire. Sounds to good to be true. I too agree with Adele, that Claudia Jean's meetings are encouraging and uplifting. I love Claudia Jean's enthusiasm for life and her desire to share her knowledge and experiences with others.
